Before you file
Because we link rather than host, the content you are concerned about lives on a third-party website. We can remove our link to it promptly, and we can forward your notice to the host of that site, but we cannot remove files we do not control.
How to file a notice
Send an email to dmca@myporndude.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown" and include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on MyPornDude that links to the allegedly infringing material.
- Your full contact information: name, email and mailing address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Complete, valid notices are reviewed promptly. The usual remedy is removal of our link to the material, and where appropriate we will pass your notice to the relevant host. Incomplete notices may be delayed until the missing information is provided.
Counter-notice
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We may remove listings and refuse future submissions from sources that are the subject of repeated valid complaints.
